Adam Smith goes to Iceland

Been recuperating from the end of the semester. spent the weekend in Knoxville with br'er Bunni and a good time was had. The sudden switch from an overcrowded weekly schedule to the current relaxing pace has left me a tad discombobulated. So I have thrown myself into revising my classes for next semester. I'm going to be more ambitious and I'm going to teach the class that I would want to take were I a student.

To that end, I have a request. Can someone suggest to me some essential selections from Adam Smith's The Wealth of Nations? When we read Marx in class last semester I discovered that no one in class, no one, had read any Adam Smith. They knew that he was the capitalism guy and some of them had heard something about some invisible hand or something. So I want to address that. But I'm not an economics guy and I've never read the entire book myself. I know there are a few people who check in here occasionally who can help out with this. I appreciate it.

And one last unrelated note...anybody have any interest in going to Reykjavic in March? I'm serious.
