restroom wonder

When I entered the men's room I immediately identified the source of the racket as a child in one of the stalls. I listened for a minute and the racket became anything but a racket. It was two children, in one stall, beating out a complex rhythmic pattern on the walls of the stall while singing along in an African (I believe) language. They were talented drummers and could carry a melody. A curious incident--I'll consider it one of the small benefits of working on a large and diverse university campus.
